Tuition Refund
For each full year of continous employment at St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island, the new St. Joseph School of Nursing graduate will be reimbursed for a tuition refund up to:

     • $2,500 per year for 3 years - if scheduled 40 hours per week . . .3 years = $7.500
     • $1,800 per year for 4 years if scheduled 32 - 39 hours per week . . . 4 years = $7,200
     • $1,300 per year for 5 years if scheduled 24 - 31 hours per week . . . 5 years = $6,500
